MetLife and New England Financial have created the Financial Fellowship Program in collaboration with The American College Faculty. This paid six week program offers a unique opportunity to students who want to learn about a career in the Financial Services industry.

You will learn from a variety of educational settings.

Learn through a combination of onsite education in one of our local offices and a week of classroom training in-residence with The American College Faculty, a leader in Financial Services education.

The six week program is divided into three segments:

1. Introduction to Financial Services in the sales office

o       Marketing, Operations, and Technology

o       Products used in helping clients

2. In-residence program with The American College Faculty

o       Financial concepts including credit, taxes, and investments

o       Investment and insurance products

o       Creating a financial plan

3. Learning from a Mentor and applying your education

o       Applying products to meet the client’s needs

o       Building presentations

o       Observing client relationships
